Obama hasn't been a very good President. not a terrible one, but kind of weak and indecisive on manners. He's just kind of - blah. he might be right that he would win potentially if a President could go for a third round- however often people get comfortable and will revote for the same candidate for odd reasons
I daresay that a lot of the Presidents who have had 2 terms would have had a great chance to win in a third, often it's leses about politics and the public liking or feeling comfortable with a personality in the position
