I am not sure if it would be that simple for him. Obama 08' is not Obama 16'. In 12' a lot of people voted for him a second time because they thought that he'd do things they liked in his second term because he didn't have to worry about votes. They were mistaken. Not sure if they'd vote a third time hoping that Obama 08' would shimmer through the cloud that is Obama post-presidency.
