Maybe because PS4 has a ton of games the 3DS is obviously not getting, and likewise the NX wont get. The TC is not only talking about DQ, he is talking about DQ is relation to tons of other PS4 software.
NX can be whatever kind of priced console it wants to be, but I think you are straight out wrong if you somehow think that DQ11 is going to sell better on the NX over the PS4.

The 3DS is getting Dragon Quest VIII (it will have new content), Dragon Quest XI, Yo-kai Watch 3, Monster Hunter X, Monster Hunter Stories, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer and most likely a mainline Pokémon game for 2016 (Pokémon Z?)... Good luck beating that in Japan...

PS4 is getting almost every major jrpg along with coutless niche titles like your entire list consist of. Good luck with competing with KH, FFXV, Neir, WoFF, Last Guardian, Star Ocean, Level 5 new rpg game, proper and superior DQXI, DQX, DQH2, DQ Builders, Dragon Dogma Online, Deep Down, SFV, Persona, MGSV and all of the coutless niche title that I don't feel like listing. Not to mention we have no clue what PM will do for the market in Japan. Your list looks extremely boring compared to the list I just provided.
