Pretty sure this won't happen. Last gen must have been a massive ballache for some developers (although no excuse). Fallout for example was on PC, Xbox360 and then PS3. All totally different machines in the way they are handled.
This time round, its PC, Xbox One and PS4. And they are all, more or less, PCs in a box. The development process accross three platforms will have been a hell of a lot easier this time around.
