No because if Capcom "doesn't have the resources" to develop SF5 without Sony's help, then how can they make a full scale console Monster Hunter? The game will stay on the 3DS unless Sony or Nintendo funds a console version.
Capcom doesn't have that kind of development muscle anymore, and it's definitely showing given what they've released for 8th gen consoles so far.
