Given that your whole point was userbase requires that DQXI be put on 3DS or WiiU over PS4 how could you possibly justify NX "deserving" this game over the WiiU?

Because Nintendo is still popular in Japan and it will most likely be a rather simple port of the PS4 version. Wii U might be too weak for this game to run properly.
