The games may have the same design team but they're not the members handing the hardware as the are two different teams, to give you an example it would be like a game directed by a few people and one version handled by Naughty Dog the other handled by Insomniac.

Forza Horizon 2... same game... two different teams... the 360 version holding back the Xbone version... that is what I'm talking about but I won't enter in this discussion... so I'm out.
