Who knows? It's definitely possible. The more systems a game goes on, the better. The thing about it thought, Monster Hunter on 3DS is a guaranteed huge profit, the PS4, not so much. PS4 costs a lot more money and time to develop for and definitely won't get as many sales as 3DS, while 3DS is really cheap to develop for and will have great sales, but a PS4 version isn't out of the question imo.
