I don't think it will be as big as dq heroes even with a extra platform due to that being a crossover of two established Japanese series. However being dragon quest I still expect at least half million across all platforms lifetime.
No idea how it will do in the west but I expect decent legs/consistent sales on the digital version like what I assume minecraft and terraria has even though with less sales than those two titles.
