Obviously not enough. I'm not being sarcastic, either. Obviously not enough to be worth keeping. Obviously, to Konami, he isn't worth all the lost money from months or years of "needless" delays and overspending that only effects them and doesn't effect him.

Every MGS game he has made has been financially successful. Who's to say the delays were needless? Konami don't seem to give much of a shit about console games anymore and to them maybe a "needless" delay is actually what it takes to make the game good. Millions of people buy these games because they are amazing, and that takes a lot of time, money and effort to create and I think that Konami just aren't interested in this business anymore because it's very risky. Why fund an expensive console game that may not sell well and not make any profit when you can make 50 piece of crap mobile games that probably will? However if MGS V doesn't make a nice profit I will be very suprised.
