Windows 10 won't let you delay or prevent Windows automatic updates from installing.

Although there are quite a few implications because of this, many people better don't get a choice because they think they can manage their computer but they don't.

Those who don't, can leave auto updates ON by default. Those who can, should get the option to manually update their PCs.
