anyone with a brain knows this means nothing and is useless. the 'generic' console market is way cheaper (hence why Nintendo abandoned China entirely) and the Chinese government will remain banning a vast majority of games available on the market
it means nothing because it's like providing people with a plate with no food on it. when there are 5 games from foreign countries allowed to be purchased what good is that? make no mistake none of the big 3 (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo) are going to suddenly achieve some awesome sales in China
