....LOL. I don't think its so clear, I mean the 60GB and 20GB have basically the same hardware, without the emotion engine, I think it's software, because if it wasnt then Rockstar wouldnt tell you to try to reinstall the game. (Installing stuff deals with software not hardware)
Take out the harddrive and put a new one in.
