The game is casual. The problem is a bunch of gamers who mentally think of casual gaming as "retard gaming" (that was not from me, but an article on why hardcore gamers hate the Wii). So if they like a game, it cannot be casual because it's not for "retards".
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
