We're gonna complain about this? Really? We Americans pay so little in taxes as it is relative to the world. This is the result when citizens ask to have things fixed; you don't have a plumber come over and fix your sink and then tell him to get out.
The real lroblem here is that it's Chicago, so that money is going to be handled very poorly.
