Would you hire a transgender if you were the boss of a store?

I'd make a commerical decision and if I felt that person would damage sales or alienate customers I wouldn't employ them. However if I owned a factory I'd have no problem employing such a person on the factory floor or in the office if I felt they were the best qualified and do the best work.
