If anything he undersold it, since its less holiday exclusive, and more like Holiday, Spring, Summer and Autumn exclusive.

Certainly more fun than some random armor in Destiny and the controversy has raised RotTR profile 10 fold.

As an Xbox exclusive? No, it isn't. Not to mention that autumn ends on December 21, and I'm quite sure SE plans to publish the PS4 version well before that day.
