Even if you didn't like it at all, it doesn't make it overrated. And all these arguments about how everyone "loves" it because it's indie or exclusive are beyond silly. Flower was an exclusive and so was The Unfinished Swan. I thought Flower was great, The Unfinished Swan kind of boring and Journey a masterpiece. But just because I didn't like The Unfinished Swan as much as reviewers did, it doesn't somehow mean that everyone else is wrong. |
I wouldn't personally give Journey as much praise as it receives, but yeah, i completely agree. A lot of people seem to think their personal experience is a universal quality indicator, thus "i don't like this" becomes "this is inherently overrated".
