Onimusha 4 happened, it was called Dawn of Dreams and it was wonderful (and secretly 2-player).

You think I don't know that? Even when I have it listed in my profile under favorite games?

Onimusha came after Onimusha 3, but never had the #4 attached to it so I never considered it as a numbered entry.
