But which platform was/is the lead platform? Nowadays developers don't develop all three versions concurrently. They focus on one console and port over. The PS4 version was certainly "in development" before the MS announcement, just like the XB1 version of CoD BO3 is in development now. It doesn't mean CoD will be tailored to the XB1's strengths though. It's built from scratch for the PS4.
