The mod who banned a person is always stated in their profile, so in the future, please PM DKII or whichever mod did the banning if you have a problem with it.

I never knew that at the time of posting and if i di i still would have made this post anyway because i still would have wanted to see other people views about the ban and if it was justified.

Kirby?! You're back!

In all seriousness, you don't have to create these threads. If I have an issue with a ban, I see no reason to take it up with anyone else but the mod. Nor do I care to see other people always bring up their issues with a ban.

@Flow, this is a privately owned site. Certainly the owner and who he gives power to moderate have say on what happens. I'm not sure why anyone would think a privately owned site should be a democracy.

I'll say the same thing i said to nordlead but allow me to be clearer

I am not saying this is a democracy.

And now allow me to copy and past so this time someone may get my point...

"Sqrl said: "You can debate them in a topic the same as anyone else""

Oh really? Then why the thread was locked and the creator was threatened with a ban? And it's not the first time i see it happening.

I don't care to captainpreferences, a mod threatened the creator of the topic who didn't even offended somebody, he just wanted to know why captainpreferences was banned and i think it's fair since the ban reason is misleading.

And you don't need to make a thread about each offense, but why not point out when you find a ban unfair? The creator of the thread thought captainpreferences was banned solely for being a sony fanboy.

I remember when ioi started showing the content of banned people posts to everyone, he said it was for we to have the right to judge if a ban is fair or not.
