Who has the power to BAN you from the site

I never knew that at the time of posting and if i di i still would have made this post anyway because i still would have wanted to see other people views about the ban and if it was justified.

In all seriousness, you don't have to create these threads.  If I have an issue with a ban, I see no reason to take it up with anyone else but the mod.  Nor do I care to see other people always bring up their issues with a ban. 

@Flow, this is a privately owned site.  Certainly the owner and who he gives power to moderate have say on what happens.  I'm not sure why anyone would think a privately owned site should be a democracy.
