battlefront is 1st person... go to steam, reinstall the game and look if default is 3rd or 1st person... and it plays alot like bf.  the gameplay is realy close to vietnam.

sure the single player is a little bit different, swbf2 uses mp maps like bf, but they have some objectives and stuff in swbf2.

the galcon mode is a new, but its basicly the bf singleplayer with a realy simple overview map. (they even cut some parts in swbf2)

SWBF isnt just a BF game with star wars skins, but its heavyly influenced of BF, and thats something GOOD. bf42 and bfnam are 2 of the greatest fps ever made.
