Physical, but just because Im a collector. I like to look at my PS1 games and remember all those games I played. Also I can play them whenever I want instead of waiting for a digital re-release.
But on this generation I'm being 50/50 digital/physical due to promotions and stuff.
Best world for me would be to buy a physical version only for collection purposes and receive the right to full install it on my PS4.
