He and the other EX characters are owned by Arika, the developers of the EX series, not Capcom.

yeah I know. But why Capcom can't collaborate anymore with Arika. or buy those characters from them.  a Streete Fighter 3D is really a great game.  They should be able to bring it to consoles and have Arika, Capcom and the whichever console wanted it.
