What are some very good third-party games released on the Xbox and/or GameCube but not the PS2?

That Bruce Lee game. I had it on the OG Xbox. Oh and D21Lewis, SnK vs Capcom is definitely on the OG XBox. I still have the game. I wonder why it never released on the other systems.
