I don't really see that article as a reasoned logical refutation of the movie, it is just what you said, an emotional rant. It's more of a rebuke than a refutation. And while from a logical standpoint he may have used a number of faulty arguments, it doesn't change the fact that he's right, overall. That movie is an afront to science and reason, by being propaganda clothing itself in the name of science and reason.
Expelledexposed.com is a complete refutation (with a few rebukes thrown in).
