Who cares if it was good or not or if it went to the other platforms later (it did). It released with extra bonus content that wasn't available on the other systems, you also couldn't buy a version for the other systems that had all the dlc bundled with it. The point is, it had extra content on disc compared to other systems.
Now, I have heard the same thing that others are saying on here the Sony had a policy that 360 timed exclusives had to add content to get ported to the PS3. It has obviously been a long time since this was discussed, so I don't remember where or when I heard it. By googling it, it looks like the source for it is a Japanese developer who wrote about it. He worked on vampire rain and talked about how Sony wanted lots of extras in order to get it on the PS3.
