That whole "now with DLC" was plastered on each copy I came across.  In fact, 360 owners complained about Bioware/EA never giving an ME2 Complete/Deluxe Edition for the 360 version at that price.  

DLC that had already been released on the other console is addition? Thats an odd definition. By that time if one were to get a new copy of ME2 for 360 or PC with all the DLC it still would not come up to the 60 price tag of the PS3 version
