XBOne just has a dedicated Twitch app (Twitch is the metric they used to say they were "the most watched"), so lots of people would just use the Xbox to watch E3. They deliberately ignored every other outlet that showed E3 and purposefully touted Twitch because they have a Twitch app. But let's give them the benefit of the doubt, in that regard; Sony's conference was at like 9pm ET and in the middle of the night in Europe. Really? You're brag about being the "most watched", when many people were asleep? So, they focused only on Twitch and brag about people being sleep, basically. Well, just take a gander at the YouTube views from games announced at each conference. It's not even close who "won". Somebody link that site/thread that automatically updates the view count of the announcements at E3. |
My mistake, I knew that the statistics were for twitch only, but something took my attention and so I somehow left it out. It was unintentional
