I'm not sure, but don't you have to pay for PSNow. Not really a great solution to BC.... Paying a subscription to play games you already owned. Not that I would care that much if Nintendo took a gen off of BC to boost hardware power.

It's a different take on BC. One that will allow BC to come available in a console at launch without a lot of complications. May not be that consumer friendly but who knows. Maybe when Sony get back on their feet. They'll make the whole service free, part of PS+ or those games which you previously owned can be streamed for free. It's a very future friendly BC strategy.
