That and no, PS Now is not backwards compatability, it's a paid streaming service.

Software emulation is unlikely. Currently you need a strong i5 to properly emulate an Wii.

Wii U is too strong to emulate via software for the time being.

 

The GPU won't be a problem since it's already supplied by AMD. Problem is the tripple core PowerPC 750 CPU. However, the CPU is based on gamecube era tech. A modern 14nm APU with work by both Nintendo and AMD would be able to make emulation possible. Especially if they use HSA to lift some work on the CPU part.
