Guess what!! There's a series out there called Yakuza (by Sega) and it's said to be the spiritual successor of Shenmue. And you know what... it plays like it exactly only on a bigger scale.
I love seeing fans of Shenmue harp about the game when there's Yakuza 3, 4, and soon 5.
Anyway about the kickstarter. I can't help but feel the people who supported the kickstarter were cheated because everyone initially thought Sony would pick up the slack if the kickstarter reached its goal. What a kick to the nuts in my opinion.
