But a lot of the Xbox userbase from last gen has switched to the PS4, so its quite surprising to see it sell better on the X1. Are there any other third party games which have sold better on the X1 compared to the PS4?

We also have to remember that alot of Sony fans distrust Bethesda because of the buggy mess that the PS3 ports of Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Skyrim were.

In the US, so far it's just ESO, Evolve (marketing rights), AC: U (bundling), and Battlefield Hardline I think, while Thief and Madden were nearly tied (Thief, like Elder Scrolls, has a history on Xbox, and Xbox has always been popular with Sports games fans). As for future games, so far Rainbow Six Siege seems to be getting more preorders on XB1 than on PS4 based on my monitoring of Amazon's charts and VGC's own preorder data. It'll be interesting to see if the same thing as ESO happens with Fallout 4, since it's also a Bethesda game. It helps Microsoft's cause that they have marketing rights and timed console mod exclusivity.

Yeah, that's actually a good point. I forgot about that.

I'm surprised Battlefield is ahead on X1.

Do you think the next Mass Effect will do better on X1? That's also a game that has done better on Xbox.
