Is the PS4 living up to the standards of it's predecessors?

But do you really think that PS4 (to date) is worthy PS1 and PS2 library, as a JRPG fan?

Ignore my question if you planned to respond (I understand if you wouldn't though). Because the big JRPG's haven't arrived yet and therefor that question is kind of not current.

Though I find it hard to see how the PS4 JRPG's will beat the likes of Final Fantasy IX, Wild Arms, Suikoden II, Legend of Dragoon, Breath of Fire III, Xenogears and Dark Cloud, Dragon Quest VIII and Rogue Galaxy. This is of course not the responsbility of Sony (except LoD) but responsbility of Square Enix, Capcom, Konami (haha), Bandai-Namco and more.
