SEGA didn't publish Persona Q though. I don't know what kind of contribution SEGA does to Atlus. They seem to work for themselves.

I assumed that SEGA was handling the publishing duties for Atlus's games after the acquisition but I appear to be wrong, my bad. Regardless, anything pertaining to Atlus is moot because I wouldn't really change anything about them, they seem to be doing fine. I was worried that SEGA's failure would rub off on Atlus but so far things appear to be okay *knocks on wood*

Yeah and thank God for that. They seem to let Atlus do their thing. The only way I think they are helping them is game budgets, 'cause if they didn't Atlus wouldn't be making games.

Concerning CSP: I first thought they were a Nintendo first party company. But when I looked deeper they seem to just have partnered with Nintendo so they are still third party (I think). They left SEGA in the late 90s and worked with Sony for a short time and then finally Nintendo, whom they still exclusivly work with. It's strange. Their relationship seems to be like that of Sony's and Nihon Falcom's.

I am a Nintendo fanatic.
