I personally wouldn't even consider MoP the best Metallica album. AJFA is my favorite, and I'd rank it pretty evenly with Rust in Peace. Never really cared much for Slayer though.

Slayer is overrated, they are cliche metal.

MOP is a masterpiece in everyway, AJFA is the weakest of the big 3 Metallica albums, many songs go on too long, there are a few forgettable songs on that album too. The mix of melody, thrash, lyrics, and tone in MOP is just off the charts. Agree to disagree on that.

You can come here and say how much overrated you think Slayer is, like everyone can say the same from every band you listen to.

But there is a fact, a fact that no opinion like the one you or anyone else for that matter may have on Slayer can make disappear, and that fact is that Slayer is one of the most influential bands in Metal. Slayer's importance in Metal is undeniable and whatever opinion you may have on them doesn't change that fact.

I see a lot of my favorites in here already and the list of albums I want to put here is way too big so I'll just embed some videos of what I'm currently listening to. Lots of good taste in here by the way!

Fear Factory vid

Fear Factory recently posted another new song from their upcoming album:

I didn't like the previous one much but this one kind of clicked for me.

BS what did they inflience at all? NAme 1 thing they did they would not be around had they not did it? They are the definition of generic, repetitive metal with cliche terrible lyrics.  Not to mention the worst solos known to man.
