You're saying it's impossible that something that rarely, if ever gets cleaned(office keyboard) could be dirtier that something cleaned on a regular basis?
Everyone at my work thought I was nuts because I would constantly wash my hands, open the breakroom door with a napkin, not eat food that had fallen on the table etc. People don't realize how filthy the world is and certainly don't realize how filthy they are. Take some alcohol wipes to your work one day and just start wiping anything you can think of. You'll be surprised at how filthy things you grab, hold to your face, sit on, rest your head against, etc. really are. And that's just the stuff that is visible!
Personally, I think Howard Hughes was perfectly sane, the rest of the world was just a bunch of filthy slobs. :)
