I would have to personally say Sony. Yes, I mainly play Nintendo, but it is hard to ignore what a strong influence Sony has been on the adult gamer demographic. Sure the Wii got the casual adult involved and that segwayed to the tablet and phone later on for them. But casual gaming leaves such a bad taste in so many gamers mouths that it is hard to give it to Nintendo or the Wii or even Apple.

It's hard to determine, because everyone contribute for everything , and it's not like one person did all, and carry by them self , it took a lot of people to make console Industry to what we have now, and it took so much sacrifice (SEGA, NEO GEO Miyamoto, Gunpei Yoko , etc ) from a company to people live.
