First to really focus on 3D (Sega Saturn changed for that reason)
First to have a hard drive
Eye Toy (first motion controls in consoles)
PS3 Hardware (Cell, Bluray, etc)

What year did the Sega Activator come out lol? Pretty sure they weren't 1st with Disc either.
