Who will be Iwata successor?

Nintendo isn't updating or posting on any of their media channels. Can you guess the reason why? 

Thats good for Nintendo and the right move. But I still see no harm in asking the question. As a life long Nintendo fan I am very upset about this but I am still curious about what this means for the future of Nintendo.
