Probably around $800 since you'd want a decent i7 processor and a relatively good GPU. I'd imagine what you can get for around $120 at this point in terms of Nvidia GPUs would get the job done, so there's that, at least. Honestly, even a $600 rig could probably pull off at least a stable 30 FPS as long as it isn't an AMD machine. AMD and Dolphin don't really get along.

There's really no need for i7, Dolphin uses 3 cores at max. Any high clock Intel, even i3, will suffice.
