Mario and Mega Man are both milked heavily, just in very different ways. Mega Man is milked by continuing to pump out platformer after platformer with very little to tell apart from eachother. Mario is milked by the vast amount of spinoffs Nintendo places him in. With that being said, Mega Man platformers and Mario spinoffs ae still oftentimes really awesome, so I have no reason to complain about it.
