So your pro life, but only for those who deserve to die, and not pro life when its an 'inconvenience' for someone. No problem giving someone the death penalty before they are even born. There are programs to help people out to pay for a child such as food stamps, Medicaid, hell even housing. Its not about having consciousness at all. Its about denying life a future, not giving them a chance to live, and removing them from time. You contradict yourself believing that 'all life is precious'.
I think the only thing I would change to the current way things are is to give states more individual power on laws. And stop the fed from acting like a big nanny.
