Try selling digital at $40 and physical at $60 and you will sell they physical copies faster as there would be less pre-owned copies about. Hardcore physical guys will be happy and people wanting to get digital won't get ripped off and since digital are non tradeable there would be less pre-owned taking sales away from new copies of the game.
