I think the mayor reason for devs devs supporting the vita, is the difference in power between both handhelds, the two screen design might also get in the way of the 3DS on getting that support since the design looks outdated nowdays.This might just be me though , but I bet that if Nintendo released a stronger hadheld with a conventional design, it would get most of that support in a year or less.
