Yep. If they have 1.2 million players you would imagine that at best only  a small percentage of them would of actually gone out and bought the game if it wasn't "free". So even if it wasn't on PS Plus you'd only be looking at an absolute maximum of 25-50k sales in the first week.  At perhaps $10-15 a pop, I bet Sony still paid them more than that would have totalled to get the game on PS Plus. They won't have done bad out of all this.
