Wages are stagnant since the 80s (except CEOs thanks to stock options). We have the least amount of holidays of almost any nation (especially private employers; I only get 10 days of holiday pay a year). My PTO accounts for personal time off and sick pay (I don't get any sick days separate). It could be worse though... I could still be contract and get even far less or no PTO and the contract workers at my work have to work a full year to even get paid for holidays. Basically, I need a better job.
