Are the devs of Fast racing Neo hinting at a handheld for the NX?

1-a damn powerfull handheld since it run fast racing neo;
2-a price most likely around 150$;
3-a few more years of happiness for Wii U owners;

This is said by someone who bought a N3DS 4 months ago trading in his old 3DS
