Not for a Cell processor. I still have a ps3, yet haven't used it since I was done with GT6. I still download the ps+ games on it as the kids play on it occasionally. (Kinda pointless though as they only play Toy story 3 on ps3)
I will buy a new model if Sony makes one with a 4k blu-ray player and HDMI 2.0 output. For games I can't keep up with what's coming out for ps4. Of course I wouldn't mind if that came with a cell processor too, but it's not a priority.
